The Three Saguaros were moved at the beginning of the Summer of 2004 to accommodate a Phoenix City Water Treatment Facility created as Maricopa County surrenders more Desert Land to developers.  The Desert is Disappearing.

The Three Saguaros were tagged by the City of Phoenix as #680 & #681.  #680 are the two Saguaros to the left in the photo and shared a root system.  Thankfully they shared a root system and may yet today be together.  #681 may or may not be near its partners of over 60 years.
